      1. Food@godalming – Terms and Conditions

         

        1. The College Catering Facilities are managed by the Catering Manager. 
        2. The App is provided for the purpose of accessing catering services and associated promotions at Godalming College. It has been provided to you free of charge.
        3. You will need to show the confirmation about your order in order to collect food from the Catering team, at the place and time you requested it.
        4. You are reminded that you are bound by the terms of the Student Contract, including in your use of the app.
        5. We will use our best endeavours to include allergen information via the app, but if you have any particular requirements or allergies, you should speak to the Catering staff when you collect your food. 
        6. It is your responsibility to collect any food you have ordered at the time and location you have selected. For food hygiene reasons, we cannot keep hot food for you beyond the safe limits. This is controlled by the Catering Manager. If you do not collect food you have paid for, you forfeit both the food itself, and the money you have paid (as the food has been produced).
        7. Once you have chosen and paid for your food, we are unable to change it or refund it other than in exceptional circumstances. This is because food is perishable, and has been reserved for you so it cannot be sold so someone else.  However, if the food you have ordered is unavailable at the time and location of collection, we will offer you an alternative, or a full refund. The decision of the Catering Manager in this respect is final.
        8. We may periodically update the app to enhance security, or offer new features. 
        9. Your account is personal to you – you should not share your login information with anyone else, nor attempt to access the account of anyone else. If you suspect that someone has attempted to access your account, please contact the IT Support team. 
        10. You must not attempt to ‘hack’ the app or bypass any security controls.
        11. We will maintain the Catering facility as best we can, but sometimes things happen which are outside our control, and we may withdraw the app’s functionality at short notice.
        12. If you have any complaints about the catering facilities, this app, please speak to your Personal Tutor, or the Catering Manager in the first instance.
